Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking full-time Roadway Maintenance Technicians to join our outdoor maintenance team in Texas. You will work on highways and roadways, operate equipment, and support public safety through proactive repairs and responsive emergency work.

Candidates should be comfortable with physical labor, varying shifts, and on-call rotations. CDL licenses are a plus, and training opportunities are available as we maintain and improve transportation infrastructure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• CDL A or CDL B is a plus for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform roadway maintenance and emergency response on active highways.
• Install, repair, and replace guardrails, signs, and safety devices.
• Repair potholes using asphalt and concrete materials.
• Maintain drainage systems and fix related infrastructure.
• Set up traffic control devices and manage work zones.
• Respond to accidents and severe weather events.
• Operate equipment such as skid steers and loaders safely.
