Job summary

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking full-time Roadway Maintenance Technicians to join our outdoor maintenance team. This hands-on role involves working on active highways and roadways, performing debris and hazard removal, installing safety devices, and repairing pavement.

You’ll operate equipment, document work with company apps, and respond to emergencies. The ideal candidate has a high school education, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in outdoor, hands-on labor and maintenance work.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screening and driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform roadway maintenance on active highways and roadways.
• Install/repair guardrails, signs, delineators, and safety devices.
• Repair potholes using asphalt and concrete materials.
• Clean drainage systems to prevent flooding.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with snow/ice removal operations.
• Operate equipment and document completed work using company apps.
