Sportsman’s Warehouse in Williston, ND is seeking a Team Lead to support the Store Management Team and Outfitters during each shift. You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, and drive sales while maintaining a high standard of customer service and product knowledge.

The role requires 2+ years in retail, experience in outdoor or sporting goods is preferred, and the ability to train and guide hourly team members. A flexible schedule with varying hours is expected.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in a retail environment in a customer service focused position.
• Experience within an outdoor and/or sporting goods focused retailer.
• Experience in a team lead and/or supervisory role preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of relevant software and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary resource for hourly team members, providing direct support, troubleshooting, training, and guidance.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment through clarifying expectations and training efforts.
• Serve as the “go to” for team members during shifts and escalate issues as needed.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support inventory management, cycle counts, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures and maintaining store security.
