Responsibilities include cleaning grounds, assisting with landscaping, power washing, preparing vacant units, reporting issues, and following OSHA safety guidelines. The position is full-time, pays $18.00 per hour, and offers weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, porter, janitorial, or general labor preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping a clean environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation may be required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, breezeways, and common areas.
• Remove trash and debris from the property.
• Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and exterior upkeep.
• Power wash walkways, breezeways, and exterior surfaces as needed.
• Ensure the property remains safe, clean, and inviting for residents and visitors.
• Support the maintenance team with basic tasks.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes by removing trash and light cleaning.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
