Allied Residential, Inc. is hiring a Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain clean and safe common areas for residents. You will care for floors, windows, and exterior spaces; assist in housekeeping and maintenance when needed; and support a welcoming community environment.

The role operates Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a competitive wage and a full benefits package. This position emphasizes pride in property appearance and teamwork to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly; follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and facilities.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors; clean carpets and surfaces.
• Maintain exterior areas by mowing, trimming, and debris removal.
• Support housekeeping or maintenance staff to complete work orders.
