Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a groundskeeper to maintain clean and safe common areas across our properties. You will respond to resident needs, coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor, and provide excellent service to residents and vendors.

A valid tool set, reliable transportation, and physical stamina are required. We value longstanding growth, offer competitive pay and benefits, and encourage teamwork in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general groundskeeping experience.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the community.
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job, up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas (pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots, etc.).
• Respond to and complete resident assignments timely with quality.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety hazards and report or correct them as needed.
• Use software to track work and personal performance.
• Be part of a team in a dynamic, developing environment.
