Job summary

ResProp Management in Houston is seeking a dedicated groundskeeper to maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas across our communities. You will perform outdoor upkeep, respond to resident requests, and collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize daily tasks.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of groundskeeping experience, own hand tools, live within 30 minutes, and can work weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general groundskeeping experience.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the community.
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform work to keep common areas clean, safe, and attractive (pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots).
• Respond to and complete resident assignments promptly with quality.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize daily tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety hazards and report or correct them as needed.
• Use software to track work and performance.
• Be part of a team in a dynamic environment.
