ResProp Management in Charleston, SC, is seeking a dependable groundskeeper to maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas across our communities. You will perform tasks from landscaping and preventive maintenance to resident-facing duties with a focus on quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of groundskeeping experience, owns hand tools, and can lift up to 50 pounds. A reliable schedule, transportation, and proximity to the property are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general groundskeeping experience.
• Must own hand tools.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the community.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas (pools, clubs, parking, etc.).
• Respond promptly to assignments to drive resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety issues and report or correct them.
• Use software to track work and personal performance.
• Be part of a collaborative, evolving team.
