Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to help maintain outdoor areas at our apartment communities in Austin, TX. You will perform general groundskeeping tasks, ensure clean and safe common areas, and support resident satisfaction by timelyly completing assignments and coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of groundskeeping experience, owns hand tools, can lift up to 50 pounds, and is willing to work weekends and holidays; must live within

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general groundskeeping experience
• Must have own hand tools
• Must live within 30 minutes of community
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
• Must have dependable transportation
• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job such as lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Driving property performance by maintaining clean, safe, and attractive common areas (pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots).
• Driving resident satisfaction by responding to and completing assignments timely in a quality manner.
• Coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks.
• Providing excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Ensuring a safe work environment by addressing safety or maintenance needs and reporting them as needed.
• Using software applications to track work and personal performance.
• Being part of a team handling a variety of tasks in an evolving environment.
