Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a groundskeeper to maintain outdoor common areas at our apartment communities in Austin, TX. You will perform a range of duties to keep pools, clubhouses, parking lots, and laundry facilities clean, safe, and appealing for residents.

You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks, respond to residents' needs, and ensure a safe work environment. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general groundskeeping experience.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must live within 30 minutes of community.
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements (lifting up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas (pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots).
• Respond to and complete resident assignments promptly with quality.
• Coordinate daily tasks with Maintenance Supervisor and team.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
