Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas across our properties. You will respond to resident needs, coordinate with the Maintenance team, and help ensure a high standard of property presentation.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of groundskeeping experience, owns hand tools, and lives within 30 minutes of the community. A flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general groundskeeping experience.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must live within 30 minutes of community.
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job (lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas (pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots).
• Respond promptly to resident requests and complete assignments with quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize daily tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety hazards and report or correct them as needed.
• Use software to track work and performance as required.
• Be part of a team handling varied tasks in a dynamic environment.
