Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a groundskeeper to maintain exterior common areas and deliver quality service to residents. You will join a team focused on safety, cleanliness, and efficient property operations.

The role requires 1+ year of groundskeeping experience, physical capability to perform tasks up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Competitive benefits and housing or rent discounts at owned properties are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general groundskeeping experience.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must live within 30 minutes of community.
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas (pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots).
• Respond to and complete resident requests in a timely, quality manner.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety hazards and report or correct them.
• Use software to track work and performance.
