Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain clean, safe common areas at our Houston properties. You will care for pools, laundry rooms, clubhouses, and parking areas to uphold attractive living spaces for residents.

Responsibilities include responding to residents, coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks, and ensuring a safe work environment while delivering excellent service to residents, guests, and vendors.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general groundskeeping experience.
• Must have own hand tools and live within 30 minutes of the community.
• Willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas (pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots).
• Respond to and complete assignments timely in a quality manner to boost resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks throughout the day.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety hazards or maintenance needs and report or correct them.
