Bedrock Property Management is looking for a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and curb appeal of our apartment communities. You take pride in a clean, welcoming environment, work outdoors, and pay close attention to detail while supporting the service team.

You will perform grounds maintenance, assist with service requests, manage debris, and ensure safety and cleanliness across common areas, parking lots, and exterior buildings, contributing to resident satisfaction and property value.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• A passion for chasing excellence and providing exemplary customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, including parking lot, buildings, and all common areas.
• Clean out vacated apartments and assist service team with requests.

Responsabilités

• Provides exemplary customer service to residents and proactively solves issues.
• Maintains physical condition of the property and grounds.
• Uses hand tools and power tools for upkeep.
• Picks up debris and removes objects from the property.
• Responds to issues outside of normal schedule when required.
• Performs all duties as assigned.
