Spectrum is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to connect with the community and represent our telecom services in person. You will drive growth by signing up residential customers for Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice while delivering exceptional service and value.

The role offers a base salary plus incentives with a total compensation target exceeding $100,000 annually, plus employee discounts on Spectrum services and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospect.
• Present sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum's solutions.
• Complete required sales documentation, including dispositioning and order entry.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high‑speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and report insights to management.
