Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and expand access to Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication solutions. You’ll meet face-to-face with prospective customers, present tailored proposals, and drive growth in assigned territories.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus lucrative incentives, with total compensation exceeding $100,000 for top performers, and includes free Spectrum services such as internet, TV, and mobile for employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years sales or relevant work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak English.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and highlight Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Travel door to door for extensive periods through local communities and work evenings/weekends as needed.
