Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to travel door to door to assigned territories.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, car insurance, driving record in good standing, and access to a personal vehicle.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed to maximize contact with prospects.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all sales documentation, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and professional development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high‑speed data, mobile, landline and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities in the territory and report relevant information to management.
