Job summary

Spectrum is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base by meeting with potential clients in person. You’ll promote Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication solutions in assigned territories and work to achieve monthly targets while representing the brand with integrity.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus incentives, with total compensation potentially exceeding $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
