Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to engage with communities and represent Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication solutions. The role emphasizes face-to-face interactions, territory growth, and delivering compelling proposals while meeting targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• 2+ years sales or relevant experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel to assigned territories and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete required sales documentation (dispositioning, order entry, reporting).
• Participate in sales meetings and trainings to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across Spectrum Services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and report insights.
