Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and grow the customer base for Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice services.

You will spend roughly 90% of time outdoors in varying weather, meeting with prospective residential customers and presenting tailored proposals. The role rewards performance with a base salary plus lucrative incentives, with total compensation potential exceeding $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of sales or relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories and company facilities.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate actively in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline phone and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and communicate relevant information to your manager.
