Job summary

Astound is seeking a field-based direct sales professional to obtain new residential customers through face-to-face interactions in assigned territories. You can earn a base salary with uncapped commissions, with total earnings potentially reaching six figures depending on performance.

Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions in a dynamic outdoor sales role across multiple markets in the United States.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Must be a motivated, self-starter and comfortable with working autonomously.
• Must have reliable transportation; some markets will require a valid Driver’s License.
• Face-to-face and door-to-door role with base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness
• Review property contract language, service levels, and obligations
• Report sales statistics to management
