Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic residential outdoor salesperson to drive new customer acquisitions in a field-based role across multiple markets. You will engage residents and property managers with face-to-face interactions to understand needs and sign up services.

Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000, plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. Strong performers can exceed six figures with targeted earnings and career growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communications and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction.
• Pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand property contracts and service levels.
• Present quotes and sign-up orders.
