Astound is seeking a residential outside sales representative to drive new customer acquisition through in-person, door-to-door interactions in a field-based role. You will work in a dynamic outdoor setting, pursuing leads and signing customers up for services with support from strong commission incentives.

The position offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, allowing high earners to exceed six figures depending on performance. Training and a clear ramp-up plan are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license may be required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
