Astound is seeking motivated field-based sales professionals to join our residential direct sales team. You will obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interactions, pursue leads daily, and explain service options to sign-up orders.

Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 with uncapped commissions. Your total earnings can exceed six figures with strong performance, especially when territory coverage and onboarding are optimized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Face-to-face and door-to-door selling in residential settings.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, relationship building, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through in-person visits.
• Pursue provided leads daily.
• Explain service options and sign-up orders.
• Distribute marketing materials and build brand awareness.
• Review property contracts and understand service levels.
• Report sales metrics to management.
• Stay informed about competitors in the market.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings.
