Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential field-based work. You will meet residents and property managers, present services, and sign up new customers to drive growth in assigned territories.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, enabling earnings potentially exceeding six figures based on performance and market conditions. This is a face-to-face, outdoor field position with structured ramp-up and training.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face and door-to-door sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through in-person visits and referrals.
• Present services and obtain sign-ups, meeting daily targets.
• Distribute marketing materials and build brand awareness in the territory.
• Report sales activity to management and maintain accurate records.
