Job summary

Astound is hiring for a Direct Sales Representative - Residential to join our field-based team. You will obtain new customers in a residential setting through face-to-face visits, build relationships, and close sign-ups with uncapped commissions.

Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000, with total earnings potential up to six figures including bonuses and commissions. Starting in December with training and a flexible start date, this role offers a dynamic outdoor sales environment,

Qualifications

• Face-to-face, door-to-door sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work outdoors and in field-based settings.
