Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and expand access to Spectrum’s high-speed data and communications solutions. The role involves day-to-day field activities, meeting monthly targets, and representing Spectrum in a dynamic, customer-facing capacity.

The position offers a base salary with incentives, potential total compensation north of $100,000 annually, and benefits including free and discounted Spectrum services.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years sales or relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with computer operating systems and software applications; comfort with consumer and business devices.

Mansioni

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete all required sales documentation, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across Spectrum services and monitor competitors.
