Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor in Clearwater, FL seeks an Account Executive to drive advertising sales across digital and print inventory. You will develop new business, present proposals, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to meet revenue targets.

The role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, negotiating pricing, and coordinating cross-functionally to deliver effective campaigns. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience required.
• Minimum two (2) years of sales experience or other relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of business-to-business and progressive sales experience strongly preferred.
• Media sales experience preferred.
• Strong organizational / time management skills and detail orientation.
• Skilled in developing and cultivating client relationships to grow accounts.
• Sales achievement with consultative or needs-based selling techniques.
• Collaborative and professional style with diverse customer groups and vendors.
• Self-starter with a diligent work ethic and flexibility.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communications, including presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drives revenue growth on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Prospects and develops new customer relationships and communicates strategies for meeting customer needs.
• Conducts outside sales activities and secures orders or contracts for Clear Channel services.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by coordinating with creative, operations, marketing, and finance teams.
• Determines project pricing based on management guidelines and negotiates fees with clients.
• Oversees projects from start to finish and delivers proofs of performance to clients.
• Accompanies clients on market tours to showcase inventory and capabilities.
• Coordinates with Ad Ops and other internal departments.
