Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. in Albuquerque seeks an Account Executive to grow revenue by selling our outdoor inventory to advertisers and agencies. You will develop new business through direct outreach and high-level contacts, presenting proposals and pricing with cross-functional support.

The role requires building long-term relationships, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and delivering proof of performance to clients. Travel and field work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of sales experience or other relevant work experience preferred.
• Five (5) + years of sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of business-to-business and progressive sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of territory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives for revenue goal attainment on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Prospects and develops new customer relationships, persuasively communicates strategies for meeting customer needs.
• Regularly conducts outside sales activities, including but not limited to obtaining orders and/or contracts for Clear Channel services, while away from the company’s place of business.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by facilitating all aspects of the customer’s account in cooperation with internal teams.
• Determines project pricing based on guidelines from management.
• Negotiates fees or services with clients with management approval.
• Oversees project from start to finish and ensures client satisfaction.
• Delivers proof of performance (POP) to clients.
• Accompanies clients on market tours to showcase outdoor inventory.
• Communicates and coordinates with Ad Ops and other internal departments.
