Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Sales Account Executive to grow our outdoor advertising footprint in Phoenix and surrounding areas. The role combines office work with field-based selling and commissions, rewarding high performance.

You will build relationships with local brands, present compelling campaigns, and help clients achieve their marketing goals while upholding Lamar's community-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in outdoor advertising.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• College degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to meet sales quotas and develop client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets in assigned territory.
• Prospect and visit Lamar clients and competitors' clients.
• Prepare proposals and written presentations.
• Develop new product knowledge and selling skills.
• Maintain organized records of clients and sales activity.
• Participate in regional meetings, seminars, and trade shows.
