Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Sales Account Executive (salary + commission) to sell outdoor advertising campaigns to local brands. You will build relationships, present campaigns, and meet or exceed sales targets in your territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in media/advertising sales.
• Ability to cold call and pitch in person.
• Strong presentation and communication of policies and procedures.
• Willingness to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets and manage personal sales data.
• Visit assigned area clients and prospects; expand Lamar client base.
• Develop written proposals and presentations for clients.
• Maintain organized records of sales activity and client interactions.
• Participate in sales meetings, regional gatherings, and events.
