Job summary

Notion is seeking a leader of Outcomes Architects to manage a high-performing team responsible for workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, and expansion qualification. You will coach the OA team to transform customer activity into measurable outcomes and partner with Sales, Services, and Product to ensure successful post-sale outcomes.

You’ll build a cadence for inspection, provide coaching, and recruit and certify new OAs to the GTM builder motion, ensuring readiness from ramp

Qualifications

• Frontline management experience leading customer-facing GTM teams in B2B software.
• Experience coaching teams through discovery, workflow design, adoption planning, and renewals.
• Strong coaching orientation with ability to review plans and provide actionable feedback.
• Commercial instincts to assess renewal risk, adoption depth, and expansion potential.
• Executive communication to synthesize risks and opportunities for leadership.
• Ability to work with Sales, Solutions, Services, and Implementation teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Net Revenue Growth performance of the team's book of business.
• Coach OAs on AI Transformation Plans and renewal processes.
• Build and run operating cadence: metrics reviews and forecast calls with leadership.
• Hire, onboard, and certify new OAs to the GTM builder motion.
• Partner with Solutions Consultant leaders on expansion and renewal strategy.
• Set standards for product, AI, and workflow fluency across the team.
