Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B marketing, demand gen, growth or marketing ops.
• You've owned pipeline, MQL or conversion targets and can prove impact.
• AI-native approach with real processes built, not just experiments.
• Hands-on prompt engineering or conversational AI work.
• Experience with US customers and C‑suite level discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own customers end-to-end across pilots and renewals, 4–5 active pilots and 10–15 annual customers.
• Define outcomes, baseline metrics, and drive pipeline, value and ROI.
• Design and tune AI agents, prompts, routing rules and integration points.
• Partner with customers to grow account value and surface new use cases.
• Translate customer feedback into product and workflow improvements.
