Job summary

Notion is seeking an experienced Outcomes Architects Manager to lead the Enterprise OA function within the GTM team. You will shape expansion strategies, gather customer feedback, and drive adoption to grow enterprise value and expansion revenue.

You will recruit and mentor a high-performing team, partnering with solutions consulting and field engineers to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success. You will establish data-driven KPI/OKR practices, translate insights into product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management experience for CS, sales, SE or account management teams.
• Experience with large and strategic customers (Fortune 500).
• Experience working with technical stakeholders.
• Experience driving AI adoption.
• Ability to convey complex information to executives clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute on expand motions within the Enterprise segment.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing Outcomes Architect team.
• Build KPI/OKR systems to enable data-driven decisions.
