Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Lead – Outbound in Compton, CA to drive day-to-day outbound execution. You will coordinate picking, packing, staging, and shipping while ensuring on-time orders and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in warehouse or distribution roles.
• Experience in lead or senior associate roles.
• Strong knowledge of outbound operations: picking, packing, staging, shipping.
• Experience with WMS systems and RF scanners.
• Ability to coordinate workflow and guide frontline associates.
• Experience with shipping, carrier pickups, and outbound documentation.
• Focus on order accuracy and process controls.
• Able to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
