Job summary

Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Outbound Supervisor in a 9:00am–6:00pm shift. You will lead the pick, pack and shipping team, ensuring accurate orders and adherence to safety standards while driving productivity in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse operations with leadership experience, plus hands-on WMS and RF scanning familiarity. A strong, proactive communicator is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
• 2+ years in warehouse operations with at least 1 year in lead or supervisory role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning equipment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; effective leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate pick, pack and shipping activities to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor performance, coach staff, and provide training to maintain productivity and quality.
• Enforce safety procedures, ensure policy compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
• Schedule labor and manage timekeeping to ensure adequate staffing for shifts.
