Job summary

Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Outbound Fulfillment Center Supervisor to lead the pick, pack, and shipping team in a large, state‑of‑the‑art facility.

You will supervise daily outbound operations, enforce safety standards, coach staff, and partner with other departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. This role requires 2+ years in warehouse operations, WMS and RF experience, strong leadership, and flexibility for shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree is a plus.
• 2+ years in warehouse operations with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning equipment.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate pick, pack, and shipping team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and conduct training to maintain productivity and quality.
• Ensure adherence to policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with receiving, inventory, and other departments to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
• Maintain organized and clean picking areas and monitor productivity and errors.
• Schedule labor and manage timekeeping to ensure adequate staffing during shifts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies or order issues and take corrective actions.
• Promote a positive, team‑oriented culture and engage employees.
