Job summary

Paycom seeks an Outbound Warehouse Manager to organize and direct warehouse operations, ensuring timely truck checkout, proper receiving and inventory rotation, and accurate order selection. You will maintain and improve WMS accuracy and lead a trained team within budget while enforcing safety policies.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong knowledge of warehouse processes, and a proactive approach to staff development and compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Supervise, train, and direct warehouse personnel to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct warehouse operations to ensure timely checkout of trucks.
• Oversee receiving, rotation, inventory, and order selection.
• Maintain and enforce warehouse safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Develop a capable warehouse staff and cross-train employees for coverage.
• Monitor and improve accuracy of inventory records and WMS data.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure proper equipment certification.
