Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse/logistics environment.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Experience with WMS and RF technology.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities.
• Train, supervise and evaluate warehouse staff and assign duties.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate with team members.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Maintain equipment and enforce safety procedures and SOPs.
• Monitor performance and enforce policies with HR guidance.
• Manage staff schedules and staffing levels.
• Travel to offsite locations as needed.
