Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse picking and packaging leading a large group.
• Computer literate in Excel, Word and email; Experience with a WMS system.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)

Responsibilities

• Training of new and existing pickers and packers.
• Prioritize daily tasks according priorities and pick up schedules.
• Report attendance and request additional resources when necessary based on forecasted units.
• Troubleshooting exceptions to allow the team to continue processing
• Developing expert abilities in the packing department field
• Testing of new process improvements
• Benchmarking and evaluating employees
• Ordering supplies for the team when necessary
• Providing daily productivity packing & picking reports
