Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse picking and packaging leading a large group.
• Bilingual Spanish & English required or preferred.
• Excel/Word and email literacy; experience with warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing pickers and packers.
• Prioritize daily tasks according to pick up schedules.
• Report attendance and request resources based on forecasted units.
• Troubleshoot exceptions to keep processing moving.
• Develop packing department expertise and test improvements.
• Benchmark and evaluate employees; order supplies as needed.
• Provide daily productivity packing and picking reports.
