Job summary

Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage outbound operations in a fast-paced facility. You will lead the pick, pack and shipping teams, ensuring accurate orders and timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities include coaching, enforcing safety standards, collaborating with other departments, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining a positive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or coursework in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning equipment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities. You’re proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the pick, pack, and shipping team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and conduct training to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership and other departments to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment in the picking area.
• Monitor and report on productivity, error rates, and order accuracy; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Assist in developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
• Schedule labor and manage timekeeping for team members to ensure adequate staffing during shifts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or order issues related to picking.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented culture and support employee engagement.
