Job summary

Young Automotive Group's Ogden location is hiring Customer Service Representatives / Outbound Call Specialists to support the service team. You will make inbound/outbound calls, schedule service appointments, and engage with customers via text and email in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems.

• Goal-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities
