Job summary

Young Automotive Group in Utah is hiring Customer Service Representatives / Outbound Call Specialists at our Young Chevrolet location. You’ll connect with customers via calls, texts, and messages to schedule service appointments, run maintenance reminders, and support the service team.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is a plus.
Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence.
Comfortable using technology and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Interest in growth opportunities within the organization.
Goal-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities
