Job summary
Young Automotive Group in Logan, UT is hiring Customer Service Representatives / Outbound Call Specialists to join our fast-paced call center. You will make outbound and inbound calls to schedule service appointments, remind maintenance, and support the service team.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence.
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound/inbound calls to customers regarding service appointments, maintenance reminders, and special offers
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Utilize technology and CRM systems to track customer interactions and follow-up opportunities
- Answer customer inquiries and efficiently schedule service appointments
- Thrive in a fast-paced call center environment while meeting daily call and service targets
