Job summary

You will join Young Automotive Group at the Pleasant View location as a Customer Service Representative / Outbound Call Specialist. In this role you will engage with customers over calls, texts, and digital channels to schedule service appointments and follow up on maintenance needs, supporting the service team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call center, or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems.
