Flourish in Boston is seeking an SDR Manager to build a brand-new outbound function from the ground up in our enterprise software environment. You will design the playbook, hire the initial team, and establish the pipeline generation motion that scales with the business.

You’ll partner with sales and marketing leaders to align strategies, set early targets, and hands-on coach the first cohort of SDRs to drive performance and repeatable results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building an outbound SDR function from scratch.
• Track record of hiring, onboarding, and ramping SDRs quickly.
• Comfort operating without established process — a build role, not maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Build the outbound SDR function from the ground up — process, messaging, tooling, and team.
• Hire, onboarding, and coach the first cohort of SDRs.
• Design prospecting playbooks and sequencing strategy for a new market motion.
• Set and own early pipeline generation targets, with flexibility to iterate as the function matures.
• Partner with sales and marketing leadership to align the new function with revenue goals.
