Job summary

altafiber is seeking a sales advocate to engage current and prospective customers for residential services including home phone, long-distance, internet, and video products. You will use outbound dialing to acquire customers, upsell bundles, and meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include placing orders, managing leads in Salesforce, and maintaining customer relationships. Prior sales, telecom, or call center experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs and applications.
• Ability to work independently within a team environment with minimal supervision adhering to performance measurements and sales goals.
• Proficient problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage current/prospective customers selling residential services via outbound dialing.
• Drive acquisition, upgrade, and upsell opportunities.
• Place orders for new and existing services through internal systems.
• Maintain, track, and input leads in Salesforce.com.
• Follow up with customers and inform them of referral programs.
