Job summary

Conveyance Talent is seeking a Senior Recruiting Specialist to drive outbound sourcing and candidate outreach from a Spokane, WA base. You will spend the day making calls, building a talent pipeline, and guiding candidates through the recruiting process with proactive follow-up.

Ideal candidates excel in high-volume outreach, possess strong communication, and can build relationships that lead to repeat placements. This is an in-office role with a Monday–Friday schedule in Spokane.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound recruitment or sales-related outreach is preferred.
• Ability to build a candidate pipeline from scratch and manage multiple search efforts.
• Comfort with high-volume calling and structured intake processes.
• Familiarity with candidate qualification and interview coaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Source talent through internal databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and gather motivation, compensation, and career goals.
• Present opportunities confidently and move candidates through the recruiting process.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and track activity in ATS/CRM.
