Job summary

The Agency Recruiting is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the front end of our internal talent acquisition function and help build the next generation of recruiting talent within our firm. This position focuses on building a strong internal pipeline and proactive sourcing rather than traditional HR duties.

You will source, screen, and move candidates through interview stages, collaborate with leadership on hiring priorities, and measure recruiting metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience or desire to be in recruiting, talent acquisition, agency recruiting, sales, business development, or another outbound-facing environment preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate identification capabilities.
• Confidence initiating conversations with passive candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and pipeline management habits.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source prospective recruiting talent through ongoing university involvement, networking events, LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, referrals, emails, calls, and various other channels
• Build and maintain a consistent, measurable pipeline of qualified candidates
• Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy relating to the internal recruiting function
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach to both active and passive candidates
• Conduct initial screening and qualification conversations
• Evaluate candidates for communication ability, professional aptitude, motivation, competitiveness, and alignment with The Agency's performance expectations
• Coordinate candidates throughout the interview and selection process
• Maintain consistent candidate follow-up and engagement throughout the recruiting lifecycle
• Partner with leadership to understand hiring priorities and evolving talent profiles
• Manage candidate information, pipeline activity, and recruiting metrics within company systems
• Support offer presentation, candidate closing, and acceptance
• Continuously evaluate sourcing channels, messaging, and conversion data to improve recruiting outcomes

Talent Acquisition Specialist / Internal Recruiter

The Agency Recruiting is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the front end of our internal talent acquisition function and help build the next generation of recruiting talent within our firm.

This is not a traditional HR position. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will operate as an internal recruiter responsible for building and maintaining a consistent pipeline of prospective recruiters, proactively sourcing talent, conducting outreach, qualifying candidates, and moving the right people through our interview and selection process.
